Fee Schedule – As of March 29, 2023

Sales
- Sale price above €4,000,000 → 4% incl. VAT*
- Sale price between €600,000 and €4,000,000 → 5% incl. VAT*
- Sale price between €200,000 and €600,000 → 6% incl. VAT*
- Sale price up to €200,000 → €15,000 incl. VAT*

Fees payable by the seller

Valuation & Appraisal
- Basic Valuation Report: €1,500 incl. VAT*
- Detailed Valuation Report: from €2,500 incl. VAT*
- Full Expert Appraisal: from €3,000 incl. VAT*

In the case of an exclusive mandate, these valuation fees will be deducted from the sales commission.

Rates for detailed valuations and expert appraisals are provided upon request and are based on the following average hourly rates:
- Detailed Valuation Report: €60 incl. VAT*
- Expert Appraisal: €80 incl. VAT*

*VAT included at a rate of 20%.
